On 20 March 2026 in Wrocław took place the symbolic breaking of the ground to commence the building of the new Museum of the Princes Lubomirski, belonging to the Ossolineum. Amongst others taking part were Marta Cienkowska, Minister of Culture, Anna Żabska, Governor of Lower Silesia, Dr Lukasz Kamiński, Director of the Ossoliński National Institute, and Piotr Piniński, President of the Lanckoronski Foundation who represented the museum’s donors.
